Please note the following guidelines for monetary and in-kind donations:

Monetary Donations

Monetary donations can only be verified with a charitable contribution letter if given directly to FHF by the individual donor. Checks must be made payable to “Family Heritage Foundation” and a letter will be mailed to the person listed on the check at the address on the check. Cash donations must be given to a FHF staff member along with full name and address information, or mailed to Family Heritage Foundation with full name and address information included. Credit or debit card donations must be made online at the FHF website.

In-Kind Donations

In-Kind Donations must be received by a FHF staff member and all details of the donation (amount, type, etc.) and donor (full name and address information) must be verified by the staff member receiving the donation at the time of the donation. Donors cannot receive a Charitable Contribution Letter for In-Kind Donations made by others (collected items from multiple individuals given in bulk).
